This is mainstream national US prime time TV, and the term "nuclear" is being used as positive for someone who has a zest for life, so much so, that they are knighted as part of the 'Kendom'.
This is far removed from the perception of the term 'nuclear' in the past and shows just how much public support for the technology has moved forward.
