About The Role The purpose of the post is to manage the multi-disciplinary project teams within the Project Development sub-programme on behalf of the Head of Planning, Consents and Permits (PCP). This post will define, schedule and manage delivery of the required PCP outputs and deliverables to time, cost and quality ensuring adherence to the programme control standards. About You You will need to be a Qualified Project Manager (APM or PRINCE2 or equivalent) and have extensive experience of project management and delivery management of a workstream, project or delivery area in an engineering/construction environment. In particular, you will need to demonstrate experience in the permitting and consenting activities associated with a complex construction programme. You will also need the ability to communicate effectively and to build productive and collaborative relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
