Babcock International are seeking to recruit a talented and motivated individual to join us as an Administrator to provide administrative support to team members to ensure efficient operation of the company’s activities, based in Lyneham.
Some of the responsibilities will involve:
To provide daily administrative support to the team members to ensure efficient operation of the company’s activities and to assist the Field Force staff in the achievement of agreed performance levels.
To ensure that accurate records and administrative data are maintained in line with contractual, statutory and company obligations and are compliant with the quality procedures and standards laid down by the SFA, Babcock and awarding bodies.
Ensure that the Management Information System (MAYTAS) is maintained in a timely and accurate manner as dictated by the Lead Administrator.
To carry out standard office duties which include: answering the telephone, filing and maintenance of the filing system, assist in the preparation of audits as and when they occur.
Functional Skills Level 2 English
Functional Skills Level 2 Maths
Functional Skills Level 2 IT or equivalent
Business admin NVQ Level 2
Skills and Experience required:
Practical administration and IT skills including database, excel and word software
Demonstrable high level of organisational skills and self-motivation
Ability to communicate with staff , suppliers and learners at all levels and remain confidential and professional at all times
Understanding of Government funded training
Able to work effectively under pressure and maintain a professional approach
Able to prioritise own workload ad meet deadlines
Able to make a relevant contribution to the work of the Field Force Team.
Good organisational skills
High standard of computer literacy
