Candidates will be able to explain the key features of a Policy Deployment process and the link to workforce commitment.
Candidates will be able to review their current daily work process and understand how a structured day supports effective process confirmation and employee engagement and coaching leading to systematic problem solving.
Bar Two: Leading nuclear quality Candidates will recognise that failure to follow quality processes precisely can lead to major nuclear and financial consequences.
Candidates will understand the importance of material cleanliness and segregation to the nuclear industry and be able to assess the standards of their business.
Candidates will understand the meaning and implications of CSFI, the consequences of failure of this by them or their suppliers and the regulator attention to this.
Bar Three: Leading nuclear safety Candidates will understand the expectations of safety in the supply chain for the nuclear sector and the leader’s role in establishing and maintaining a safety culture based on Human Performance (HuP)
